Milano Gelato Week is a itinerant event involving around 50 ice cream parlors in the city of Milan, with the aim of putting artisan tradition at the center of the event.
For this second edition, which took place from 10 to 14 April 2024, Milano Gelato Week chose Clappit as the official ticketing partner for the event.

By choice, tickets could only be purchased online, there was no ticket office on site.
We created a mobile responsive private label, with the look & feel of the event website, on which customers purchase the two tasting itineraries available in the various areas of the city, with the possibility of entering discount codes.

For access control in each individual ice cream parlor we have rented over 30 professional Zebra devices, ideal for ensuring ice cream parlors can read a large quantity of tickets in a short time, avoiding the formation of annoying queues that could ruin the atmosphere of the event.

For assistance, especially relating to access control, we have provided ice cream parlors with a dedicated number to call during all days of the event in case of need.
