It is an American-style pumpkin patch, the first in Italy, where customers can pick pumpkins and participate in carving or painting workshops to decorate them. Inside the event area, besides the beautiful decoration, it is also possible to find a food & beverage area with pumpkin-based products and in certain periods also a corn maze that can be visited after purchasing a second ticket.

For the Pumpkin Patch, we have created a mobile responsive private label with the look & feel of the event website, which allows the customer to buy one or more pumpkins online to collect and decorate or carve them. The registration process is simple and fast, the purchase process starts with a calendar with the available dates: the user can select the day, then the time slot available for purchasing the pumpkin and the laboratory. Over time, the purchasing process has been modified to allow customers to also select the seat they prefer in the areas dedicated to the laboratories, by choosing it on the map. The corn maze is also purchasable online during the time it is available and can be purchased in a single transaction or together with the pumpkin.

The organizer has chosen to sell tickets exclusively online, also because due to the great fame it has achieved over the years, the tickets go sold out in a very short time.

For the management of free tickets for influencers, press, and special guests, we opted for sending tickets in the ticket@home format directly from our box office web application. The organizer always has reports available to monitor capacity, sales, and management of free tickets.

To read tickets at the entrance and at the entrance to the laboratories, they rent our Zebra access control devices with the Clappit app installed, equipped with a SIM, thanks to which it is possible to read 600-800 codes per hour.

An important part of our work is also on the customer service side, always ready to support the organizer, managing requests related to the configuration and capacity, and supporting final customers both in the purchase and post-purchase process.
